We will provide you with actionable next steps based on the data so you're not left guessing at the end of our time together.

We’ll reach out personally.
A member of the PLACE team will contact you to talk through your concerns and recommend the services that best fit your needs.
Submit your intake fee.
A $100 intake fee secures your spot and is applied toward the total cost of your evaluation.
Complete your intake paperwork.
These forms give us important background information so we can prepare thoughtfully for your child.
Schedule your intake appointment.
A PLACE team member will help set up a time to meet and review next steps.

Evaluation costs vary based on your child’s needs, and we’ll walk you through everything clearly before moving forward.
